Elham Sakr Matta

Elham Sakr Matta was born in Bentael, Lebanon and was raised in a successful business oriented family. She acquired the principles of love and devotion within the family, absorbing leadership and management through the presence of a virtuous mother and a dignified paternal model. Elham grew in the steps of her beloved late father Antoine Sakr who was a visionary and a pioneer in the world of entrepreneurship.
Elham studied journalism and foreign languages but nothing matches her passion to business and management that were shaped by the work of iconic business gurus such as John C. Maxwell, Dave Ulrich, Jack Welch, Stephen Covey and many others.
She worked as Strategic HR Director / Consultant, Chair of the HR Committee at Sakr Group, Vice Chairman / General Manager at Sakr Lighting Systems as well as member of Sakr Group Executive Committee.
Throughout her life and career, Elham has always been a devotee of the theory of a universal and unconditional LOVE that binds all humans.
Her MOTTO “I am a happy person and I seek to spread Love because only through Love we can reach Happiness and Satisfaction” has always been her key to success.
Her readings on motivation, psychology, management and leadership, coupled with a vast variety of specialized trainings as well as her extensive experience with people have enabled her to shape characters and personalities. Her vision and her devotion to the utmost well-being of humanity have culminated in SHEIMAH s.a.r.l. (Shaping Emotional Intelligence & Mastering self-Awareness) for Training, Development & Consultancy to which Elham is the Founder and CEO. She considers it to be her brain-child.
Armed with her pioneering project, breakthrough ideas, and unconditional love, Elham is determined to put Guru Robin Sharma’s words to action: “Give out what you most want to come back”.
